Opt in to add Swap Protect at checkout. The insurance charge is based on your basket or cart total. If you decide you don't want to add Swap Protect you can simply deselect it and it will be removed from your cart.

Once your order is in transit to you, keep an eye on the progress of your shipment throughout its journey.If your parcel is marked as delivered but is missing, or its presumed lost since it never arrived, or arrives badly damaged, this is where Swap has your back.

3.Make a Claim

Things don't always go to plan. If you need to make a claim, simply visit our claims portal. Fill out your details and then follow the simple steps to a fast and easy resolution.
