Measuring and ordering help
The conversion from American to UK and European sizes can be complicated because of rounding differences. Shoe models and manufacturers often have size differences. A UK 10 in one model may be a size US 10.5 or US 11 depending on the model or manufacturer. For this reason, our tables serve only as a rough guide and may simplify your search. All our shoes are shown with external sole measurements to further help you in your decision.
If you contact us with a sizing query, we will try our best to assist you based on your description of other well fitting sizes of brands of shoes. We may also ask you for measurements in order to provide you with a better idea of fit. It is very difficult to recommend a size without seeing a customer in person, however we do our best based on an email or telephone conversation between yourself and us.Please be advised that we accept no liability for returns, should you disagree with any sizing assistance we have provided.
