Three-Point Fleece-Lined Suede Gloves
Casual, comfortable and cosy – our Chester suede gloves are just the thing for weekend walks and relaxed moments. They’re made from premium pig suede for that velvety look and super-soft feel and the sides of the gloves are knitted giving extra stretch as you move. Cosy fleece is used to line the suede gloves, offering additional warmth for cold winter weather, and in a classic check for timeless style. There are extra details, such as the three-point stitching and the strap and roller, which all add to the look and fit of these superior suede gloves. A big favourite with our customers for country strolls.

Pig Suede
Instantly recognisable from the little dots caused by the animal's follicles, our suede is a silky leather that has been trimmed and brushed to create a soft touch.
Fleece
Famed for being cosy and super comfortable, polyester fleece is a soft synthetic fabric that effortlessly adds insulating warmth. It traps, and retains heat effectively, but still feels breathable and lightweight.

All delivery times quoted are guidelines only. International deliveries may be delayed by customs, and we cannot accept responsibility for costs incurred as a result of late delivery.
All orders are carefully checked and securely packaged for transit. Tracking details are emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order by logging into your account, viewing your orders and selecting the relevant order.
Delivery & Signatures
Due to the value of most items we ship, all parcels are sent using tracked services and normally require a signature or identification on delivery.
If you request that a parcel is left unattended, the courier may agree to do so. However, once the parcel has been scanned as delivered, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage. We therefore strongly recommend signing for your parcel personally.

DPD Next Day
Orders must be placed before 12pm (midday), Monday to Thursday to qualify for guaranteed DPD next-day delivery. Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on Friday and delivered on Monday, unless Saturday delivery is available in your area.
Aerosols
Aerosol products can only be shipped by DPD and only to eligible addresses in England and Wales.
We may be able to ship aerosols to some areas of Scotland. If you are in the Scottish Highlands or Islands, please email us before placing your order so we can confirm whether delivery is possible.
We cannot ship aerosols to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or other UK offshore addresses.
Orders containing aerosols will be shipped by DPD. DPD delivery is free when you spend over £75 and your basket contains an aersol.
International Shipping Rates
European Union
Free economy shipping via local post or FedEx on orders over £150, provided the parcel weighs less than 7kg.
Orders over 7kg are subject to a £25 surcharge.

Free economy shipping (10–25 days) via local post, FedEx or another appropriate courier on orders over £400, provided the parcel weighs less than 7kg.
Orders over 7kg are subject to a minimum £35 surcharge.

International Dispatch
International orders are sent using the fastest and most appropriate service based on parcel weight and order value. We use FedEx, DHL, Parcelforce and Royal Mail International services.
Typically:
- Parcels over 2kg are sent by tracked courier.
- Parcels under 2kg are sent by tracked international airmail.
Delivery times vary depending on the courier and destination.
All in-stock international orders received before 12pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 12pm Friday, or at the weekend, are dispatched on Monday morning.
Actual shipping charges, particularly for international orders, depend on the parcel weight and destination and will be shown in your shopping basket at checkout.

International Aerosols
International postal services prohibit the export of aerosol spray cans. If you place an international order containing aerosol products, the aerosol items will be refunded.
Duties & Taxes
When visiting our website from outside the UK, 20% UK VAT is automatically deducted from product prices. So the price you see online is the excluding VAT price..
International customers can choose to purchase using a fully landed, duty-paid price. This allows you to pre-pay applicable duties, taxes and associated fees so there are no unexpected charges on delivery.
Duties, taxes and associated fees are calculated by our partner, Swap Global.
For replacements or repairs sent to non-UK countries, no duty is normally charged to the customer.
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees paid to your local customs authority or courier are not collected by A Fine Pair of Shoes and are therefore not included in any refund following a return.
Depending on your country's regulations, you may be able to reclaim these charges directly from your local customs authority or courier.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please call us on 01926 954563 or contact Customer Service at info@afinepairofshoes.co.uk.
We will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Confirmation of cancellation will be emailed to you.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be dealt with under our returns and refund policy.
This sizing guide aims to provide you with as much information as possible to ensure the best fit for you. We have provided internal length measurements in the table below for every last shape so that you can make an informed choice.
Steps to getting the best fit
- Measure your own feet in centimetres. The simplest way to do this is to draw around your feet on a plain piece of paper, keeping your pen vertical at all times. Then take a measurement from the heel to the tip of the longest toe.
- Round up the measurement to the nearest 0.5cm and then add 1cm extra to this measurement (if you have slim or regular width feet), or add 1.5cm to this measurement (if you have wider feet).
- Look for the required brand and last on the table below and read downwards to find the size closest to your required measurement.
(Example 1: You measure your feet and your longest foot is 27.9cm. Round this up to 28cm. Now add 1cm at least to this (29cm). You're interested in the 915 Berwick last, so read down this column until you get 29cm. This would mean you'd need a size 9 UK in this last.)
(Example 2: You measure your feet and your longest foot is 31.3cm. Round this up to 31.5cm. Now add 1cm at least to this (32.5cm). You're interested in the 4444 Trickers last, so read down this column until you get 32.5cm. This would mean you'd need a size 12 UK in this last.)

We provide these measurements as an approximation of fit, but we make no guarantee that choosing a size based on this advise will be accurate.

The conversion from American to UK and European sizes can be complicated because of rounding differences. Shoe models and manufacturers often have size differences. A UK 10 in one model may be a size US 10.5 or US 11 depending on the model or manufacturer. For this reason, the table below serves only as a rough guide and may simplify your search.
