Christmas 2023 Return Deadline Extended - Orders placed 1/11/23-25/12/23 will be eligible for returns within a 90 day period. 


How do I organise a return?

  • Enter your order number and your email address from your original order confirmation in the spaces above and click start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email to your inbox with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • Please contact us by email before completing this returns process if you believe you have reason for complaint


What items are returnable?

You can return any of your items within 45 days of receipt of your order. Returns received after the 45 day period may be accepted at our discretion and a credit note issued to use on our website. 

  • All returns must be in original, unused and re-saleable condition
  • All footwear items must be unmarked and unworn (scratched soles are not acceptable). Shoes must be wrapped individually in tissue or plastic and divided by the foam insert sheet. You may be held responsible for any damage occuring in transit due to shoes being poorly packaged.
  • All returns must be returned with the original packaging/ shoe box and in a secondary outer carton if appropriate.

Free gifts or promotional items must be returned along with the order to qualify for a full refund. Please note, if you keep the free gifts, the cost of these will be deducted from your refund!


Are there any charges for a return?

  • UK Returns are free via Royal Mail, or just £2.49 via Collectplus.
  • International returns -You are responsible for the charges of a return unless otherwise agreed with us.
  • Please email us if you would like to purchase an international returns label via FedEx or DHL


Can I exchange?

  • We no longer offer exchanges to either UK or International customers. Instead please return your order for a full refund and place a new order should you need an alternative item.


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
