1) How should I care for my new shoes?

Good quality leather shoes can last you a long time if you care for them properly.

Coat your shoes in some kind of sealant or protecting agent. Do not dry your shoes or boots directly in the sun or close to a direct heat source such as a fireplace or oven. Caring for your shoes does not take much work and the results are well worth the effort as it significantly extends shoe life. All it takes is a little bit of work and a bit of care to keep your leather shoes looking and working great!


2) How Do I Make a Purchase?

Browse through our shop and select the items you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket.Once you have completed your selection click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that are required to process your order.We accept Paypal and the following major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron via secure PayPal payment system.

 

3) What Does Delivery Cost?

Postage & Packaging Costs for deliveries within mainland U.K. start from Free. This covers FEDEX UK next day delivery, if your order is recieved by 12 noon on Monday to Thursday. Orders outside of the U.K. are based on an independant flat postal rate which will be automatically added at the checkout. This postage charge is non refundable.

 

4) How Do You Deliver?

Deliveries are made by courier and or Royal Mail. We will endeavour to deliver your goods within 2 -6 working days from your order date after a 1-2 day packaging / handling (subject to product availability and any delays caused by peak or holiday periods)

Please note! UK Courier Deliveries are Mon-Fri only, if items are dispatched on a Friday you will receive your parcel on the following Monday unless it's a bank holiday than you will receive it on the Tuesday. Next day delivery is available in the UK if you place your order before 2pm Monday to Thursday.

Also please note that we endeavour to check that the quality of all orders shipped meet the high standards that our customers expect. However we are unable to guarantee that shoes despatched will be 'untouched' i.e. they may have been tried on by customers in our store.

On receipt of your order and payment clearance we will despatch your goods as described above. Once goods have been despatched we will advise you by email.

If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.

If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment.

In the case of orders greater than 1 pair of shoes goods may be despatched at different times.

 

5) Where Do You Deliver To?

You must enter your billing address as the address your card is registered to, or the checkout may decline your card. You can enter any shipping address you wish which will be most convenient for you. Shipping rates are calculated based on the address we will ship the goods to.


6) Will I Have to Pay Customs Duties?

Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.


7) Will Your Prices Change?

The price of your order (exclusive of delivery) will be as shown in our current catalogue or on our website at the time you place your order. However, they may be subject to change.

Every effort is made by us to ensure that the prices shown in our current catalogue or shown in our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you choose to cancel your order we will refund or credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited to your credit card for the cancelled goods.


8) Will My Purchase be the Same Item Shown on Your Website?

The description of the goods you order will, so far as possible, be as shown in our current catalogue or on our website at the time you placed your order. However, whilst every care is taken by us to ensure that the description and specification of our goods are correct at the time of publication, due to the limitations of photography, broadcasting, browser software, and other factors beyond our control, colour of goods you receive may differ slightly from the brochure or website reproduction. We are also subject to and can accept no liability for changes in specifications imposed upon us by our suppliers.


9) What if I Need to Make a Complaint?

10) Do You Offer a Warranty?

Some of the perfect condition products we sell may include a manufacturers warranty against faulty materials or workmanship. This does not include everyday wear and tear. 

Sample and second quality stock is not covered by a manufacturers warranty. 

11) Can I get VAT taken off my bill if I live outside the EU?

If you are a buyer resident outside of the EU, you do not have to pay UK VAT. All our prices on the website are shown inclusive of UK 20% VAT and the Ex. VAT price is also shown. To get the VAT removed from your order please simply enter your country of residence and shipping address at checkout, this will remove the 20% VAT from your bill automatically.
