What is Saphir Beaute De Cuir?
The Saphir Beaute De Cuir product line uses less concentrated ingredients compared to the Saphir Médaille d'Or line but still is very effective at cleaning & maintaining leather. By using less concentrated ingredients, the products are cheaper and useful for general leather cleaning.
What ingredients are used in Saphir Beaute De Cuir?
There is a wide range of ingredients used across Saphir’s shoe creams, moisturisers and polishes including almond oil, beeswax, candelilla wax, carnauba wax, jojoba oil, shea butter, turpentine & more.
When will I receive my product?
We use different couriers depending on your order value. Only orders placed before 12pm (Midday) Monday to Thursday are eligible for DPD next day shipping. Next day delivery orders received before 12pm (Midday) on a Friday will be shipped on Friday but delivered on Monday unless Saturday delivery has been specified and paid for.

I ordered the wrong shoe polish, am I able to return it?
As long as the product is completely unopened and unused, then yes! If you placed your order with a UK shipping address, you qualify for free returns. If you are an international customer, we are unable to reimburse outbound shipping costs or import and duty tax.
We do not offer exchanges, but are more than happy to refund your purchase and you will need to place a new order on our website.
